Redsky Mobility

Step 1: Login into Redsky Survey app with your credentials, open the job for which you want to update the properties of items.

Step 2: Click on the items against the shipment in which that item is available.

Step 3: Select the room in which the item is available.

Step 4: You can update the basic properties like quantity, volume, weight, and material from the same screen. By default, these values will be displayed as configured for an item.

If you want to update the quantity, you can enter the value in quantity field or you can manage it with the + and – icons.

If you want to update the volume, enter the volume against Vol field.

If you want to update the weight, enter the weight agaibst the Wt field.

If you want to update the material, select the material from the available list.

Step 5: If you want to add more details to ad item, click on the icon of an item and it will open the item detail page to enter the details like length, width, height, notes, handing information, condition, and image of an item.

If an item has quantity more than 1, then user can update the weight, volume, material, length, width, height, value, notes, and handling info for all the items by using Apply to all.

For multiple quantities, user will have an option to add item specific notes, conditions, and images by clicking on the icons available against the item.

The below fields will display for updating the properties of an item:

1. Volume: Enter the updated volume of an item
2. Weight: Enter the updated weight of an item.
3. Material: Select the updated material required for an item.
4. Length: Enter the length of an item.
5. Width: Enter the weight of an item
6. Height: Enter the height of an item
7. Value: Enter the value of an item
8. Notes: Enter the noted for an item
9. Handling Info: Select the handling info for an item.
10. Condition: Enter the condition of an item if any. You can add multiple conditions.
11. Add Image: Upload an image of an item. You can upload multiple images.

Step 6: Once, all the details are entered, the updates will reflect against that item in summary page.
