Step 1: Login into RedSky Survey app with your credentials. Open the job for which you want to add/update the addresses. Go to Address tab.

Step 2: To add a new address, click on the ‘Add Address’ button, a pop-up will open. To update the address details, click on the edit icon, a pop-up window will open.

User must enter all the information in the fields.

  • Locate on map : User can search the location from the google map.
  • Address Line 1: Enter the address line 1.
  • Address Line 2: Enter the address line 2.
  • Address Line 3: Enter the address line 2.
  • Primary Email: Enter the primary email.
  • Country: Select the country.
  • State: Select the state.
  • City: Enter the city.
  • Zip Code: Enter the Zip code.
  • Mobile Number: Enter the mobile number.
  • Address Type: Select the address type.
  • Size/Area: Enter the Size/Area.
  • Floor: Enter the floor.
  • Origin Address: Enable the toggle if you are adding an Origin address.
  • Destination Address: Enable the toggle button if you are adding a Destination address.
  • Alternate Contact Info:  User can enter additional contact information for the location
  • Relation: Select the relation.
  • Name: Enter the name.
  • Mobile: Enter the mobile number.
  • Email: Enter the email address.
  • Elevator: Enable the toggle if the location has an elevator. Enabling the toggle will display more fields for entering the elevator details.

  • Elevator Type: Select the elevator type.
  • Elevator Length: Enter the elevator length.
  • Elevator Width: Enter the elevator width.
  • Elevator Height: Enter the elevator height.
  • Elevator Door Width: Enter the elevator door’s width.
  • Elevator Door Height: Enter the elevator door's height.
  • Elevator Details: Enter the elevator details.
  • External Elevator: Enable the toggle if this is an external elevator.
  • Mechanical Hosting: Enable if it has mechanical hosting.
  • Parking: Enable the toggle if the location has a parking. Enabling the toggle will display the below field to update parking type.
  • Parking Type: Select the parking type.
  • Carry Details: Enable the toggle if the location has Carry Details.
  • Other Restriction: Enable the toggle if the location has any restrictions. Enabling the toggle will display the field ‘Comment/Remark’ to enter the restrictions.

  • Images: User can upload the image of the location. By clicking on the Camera icon, the camera will open and allow the user to take a picture.
  • Notes: User can add notes for the location if any.


Step 3: Click on Submit button. It will save the address details entered and those will be displayed in the address tab.
