Step 1: Login into Redsky Survey app with your credentials, and open the job for which you want to update the survey details.

Step 2: Click on the edit icon to update the survey details, a pop-up window will open to edit survey details with the below fields.

  1. First Name: This will display the first name of a customer; you can update if required.
  2. Last Name: This will display the last name of a customer; you can update if required.
  3. Email: This will display the email address of a customer; you can update if required.
  4. Move By Date: This will display move by date; you can update if required.
  5. Job Type: This will display the job type of a shipment; you can update if required.
  6. Booking Date: This will display booking date; you can update if required.
  7. Scheduled Date/Time: This will display Scheduled survey date and time; you can update if required.

Step 3: Once all the details are updated, click on Update button to save the information.

Step 4: You can add this event on your calendar. Click on the calendar icon against the "Scheduled On" field. Clicking on the Calendar icon will ask the user to select an application to add this event. Click save and this event will be added to your calendar.
