For Redsky Enterprise Suite users

 

Step 1: Login into your Redsky moving application. Create a customer file or a quote file with all the information.

Step 2: To schedule a survey and to send all the information into the Redsky Survey app, the user must enter the following information in a customer file or a quote file.

  1. Origin Transferee address
  2. Origin Primary email address
  3. Scheduled Survey Date
  4. Consultant
  5. Phone number

 

Step 3: After creating a customer file or a quote file with the mandatory information, user must click on the ‘Send to RS Survey App’ button to send all the information to the Redsky Survey app.

Once user clicks on the ‘Send to RS Survey App’ button, a confirmation message will display, and the button will be disabled.

The Survey is scheduled, and all the data has been transferred to the Redsky Survey app.

Step 4: Login into Redsky Survey app with the same credentials, and the user will see the customer file or quote file in the dashboard for which the survey has been scheduled and sent to RS survey app.

 

 

RedSky Survey Standard users


Step 1: Login into Redsky Survey app with your credentials. Go to Schedule option from menu icon. A screen will open to enter the customer information.

 

 

Step 2: Now enter the customer details to schedule the survey. All the fields

  1. First Name: Enter the first name of customer.
  2. Last Name: Enter last name of customer.
  3. Email: Enter email address of customer.
  4. Move Date: Enter move date.
  5. Job Type: Select Job Type.
  6. Booking Date: Enter booking date.
  7. Schedule Date / Time: Enter scheduled survey date and time.
  8. Coordinator: Enter coordinator’s name.
  9. Surveyor Name: Enter Surveyor’s name.
  10. Booking Agent: Enter booking agent’s name.
  11. Account Name: Enter account’s name.
  12. Bill To Name: Enter Bill to name.
  13. Notes/Remarks: Enter notes or remarks if any.
  14. Competitive Bid: Check the check box if it is a competitive move.
  15. Origin Address: Add origin address by clicking on add icon, a pop-up window will open with the address fields.
  16. Destination Address: Add destination address by clicking on add icon, a pop-up window will open with the address fields.


Step 3: Click on Save button to add and schedule survey in Redsky Survey app. The information will be displayed in dashboard with status as upcoming. User can then proceed with updating survey details.
