Introduction
We are thrilled to announce our own RedSky survey app from where user can perform the survey and can transfer all the survey data in RedSky moving application in one click.
Survey app allows user to conduct surveys efficiently as all the customer information is gathered at RedSky moving application and then transmitted to new RedSky Survey app. This ensures that the information gathered at survey app is available to move managers and operations.
Please be advised that users will not be able to manually add survey data in RedSky after enabling the survey app. All the survey data/information will be transferred from RedSky survey app to RedSky moving application.
Redsky Survey app is also available for standard users (not using Redsky moving application) to conduct surveys efficiently by gathering all the customer information in Redsky Survey app.

RedSky Moving Application à RedSky Survey App
User can send the basic information of a shipment to Survey app for both Quotes and customer files.
- To send the information to RS survey app, all the basic information should be available in Quote/CF.
- Origin Transferee address
- Origin Primary Email
- Survey Scheduled Date
- Consultant
- Phone Number
- Once all the information is available, user can click on the ‘Send to RS Survey App’ button, and the system will send all the information to the RS Survey App.
Survey App URL and login steps
User can download the new RedSky Survey app from App Store or Google Play Store. User can access it from the web as well with URL: https://surveyapp.skyrelo.com
- To login to our new survey app, you can use the same credentials as your RedSky moving application.
- Enter your credentials and login into Survey App. Login page will show the dashboard of the survey app, where all the moves which has been transferred to RedSky survey app will be displayed with the details as explained further.
For Redsky Survey standard users
- User can register and sign up for the survey app. Go to https://signup.skyrelo.com/auth and enter all the mandatory fields and click on Register button to create your credential for Redsky Survey app. The fields are as below:
- First Name: Enter your first name
- Last Name: Enter your last name
- Email: Enter your email address
- Select Product: Select your plan from the available product plans
- Phone: Enter your phone number
- Once all the details are entered, click on Register button.
- An email will be sent on the entered email address with the unique code. Enter the pin and click on login button.
- Clicking on Login will open the Company info page to enter your organization’s information. Click on Next button to submit the onboarding informaation.
- Click on Submit button to complete the onboarding process. You will receive the training course on your email address.
- Once the details are submitted, you will receive an email with the credentials once the request is approved by Redsky administrator.
- Now login to the Survey app with your credentials, login page will display the dashboard of Survey app, where all your surveys will be displayed with the details as explained further.
Dashboard
The dashboard will show all the customer files which has been transferred to the survey app from RedSky in a card view.
- Keyword Search: There will be an option to search for the Customer file or Quotation file by any keywords. All the matching results will be displayed in the card view.
- Filters: User will have an option to sort and filter out the data based on the scheduled survey date and status.
- Menu: This will display the list of available menus, currently there are 2 menus.
- Survey: There is one sub menu i.e. Surveys, which will display the list of CFs/Quotes which has been transferred to survey app and this will be the default page of the survey app.
- Management: There is one sub menu i.e. Items which will display the list of available items as shown below.
- User will have the option to add new items to the list. User must click on ‘Add New Items’ button.
- User can select icon of the item by clicking on add icon and enter all the mandatory fields to add the item to the list.
Card view
- The landing page of the survey app will show all the Customer files or Quotation files details in a card view as shown below. Each card will show the details as mentioned below.
- Customer Name
- Customer File Number
- Status
- Job Type
- Shipments Service orders for the customer file
- Origin Country
- Destination Country
- Mode
- Last Updated On
- No. Of Items
- When you click on the card, it will open the detail view of the customer file or Quote file.
Detail view
Detail view will have 3 sections/tabs to proceed with the survey of that specific customer file.
- Details: This will show basic customer information and shipment details as explained further.
- Add Address: This will display all the available addresses origin and destinations and will also have an option to add new addresses.
- Summary: This will display the data of an inventory list after the survey and will also have an option to get it signed by customer, submit and email the survey details.
Details:
This tab will show all the details of the shipment as mentioned below.
Survey Details:
- Name: This will display the name from the CF/Quote
- Email: This will display the Primary email from the CF/Quote
- Booking Agent: This will display the booking agent from the CF/Quote
- Coordinator: This will display the coordinator name from the CF/Quote
- Job Type: This will display the job type of the CF/Quote
- Insurance Required: This will display default value as ‘No’.
- Scheduled On: This will display the scheduled survey date from the CF/Quote file. User will also have the option to add this event on your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon.
- Booking Date: This will display the booking date from the CF/Quote file.
- Move By Date: This will display the Move by date from the CF/Quote file.
- Competitive Bid: This will display the Competitive Bid from the CF/Quote file.
- Last Updated On: This will display the modified-on date.
Shipments
This section will display the list of shipments that has been added for this move.
- There will be an option to add the shipments, click on the add icon, a new pop-up window will open with the below fields.
- Mode: Select the mode of the shipment
- Label: Enter the label of the shipment
- Origin: Origin address will be picked from CF; however, user will have the option to edit/add new origin address from this field
- Destination: Destination address will be picked from CF; however, user will have the option to edit/add new destination address from this field
- There will be an option to edit and delete the shipment details. User can click on the arrow in the shipment details.
- Clicking on edit will open the same pop-up window with the available details.
- Clicking on delete will ask a confirmation message as shown below.
Add an Item for the shipment
- User can add the list of inventories/items per shipment, user must click on the Items >, a new pop-up window will open to select the room for which user wants to add the inventories.
- Users must click on
icon to see the list of available items, then click on add icon against it to add it into the selected room.
- There are 2 tabs, Suggestions and Explore. Suggestions will show the list of available items based on the selected room type and Explore tab will show the categories of the items for user to search items category wise.
- User can update the quantity, weight, volume and material from the collection screen. Or user can go to item detail view for updating the same.
- User must click on the icon of an item; a pop-up window will open with the below fields:
- Volume: By default, the available volume will be displayed for the item, user can edit.
- Weight: By default, the available weight will be displayed for the item, user can edit.
- Material: By default, the available Material will be displayed for the item, user can edit.
- Length: User can enter the length of an item.
- Width: User can enter the weight of an item
- Height: User can enter the height of an item
- Value: User can enter the value of an item
- Notes: User ca enter the noted for an item
- Handling Info: User can select the handling info.
- Condition: User can enter the condition of an item
- Add Image: User can add image of an item.
Addresses:
- This tab will show the available addresses in the CF/Quote file. There will an option to add new address if required by clicking on Add Address button.
Add Address
User will have an option to add origin and destination addresses for that customer. User must click on Add Address button, a pop-up window will open as shown below:
User has to enter all the address details, phone numbers, access information and notes (if any), clicking on submit button will add the address details in the list.
Summary:
- This tab will display the data of the inventory list that has been added after the survey for each shipment available.
- Basic Information: This will display the date, time and location when the inventory/item has been added with customer Name and email address.
- Pre-Move Survey Inventory: This will display the list of items added for each shipment. First will display the shipment details like mode, origin and destination address with their access information added while adding the address.
- All the items added will be displayed with the details as mentioned below.
- Item Name:
- Quantity:
- Volume:
- Dimension:
- Weight
- Valuable:
- Images:
- Notes:
- Status:
- All the item details will be displayed as shown in the screenshots for all the available shipments.
- Preview PDF: User will have the option to extract the summary of the survey in PDF format by clicking on Preview PDF. A file will be downloaded into their system.
- Submit: This button will be enabled once the surveyor has completed the survey and added customer signature and Surveyor signature. Once user clicks on Add signature button, a pop-up window will open to add the signature and save it.
- By clicking on submit button, system will ask a confirmation message, once click on Yes, all the survey information will be transferred to RedSky moving application and the status will be updated as ‘Completed’. User will have the option to export and email the PDF of the survey summary.
Sending back the Survey information to RedSky Moving application
The Survey information will be downloaded into RedSky and processed under the Quotation / Customer File under the ‘Survey Details’ tab.
- In the Survey Details tab all the access information and survey details will be transferred along with the images if added.
- There will be 2 sections for the access information i.e. Origin and Destination as shown in the below screenshot.
- The item details will be displayed as shown below with details like article, room, quantty, volume, total volume, value, condition, image and status.
- Users will have the option to change the status of any item by turning off the toggle button against the item.
- Any images added against the survey item can be viewed by clicking on the image icon against the item as shown below. This icon will be visible against the item only if there is image added for it during the survey.
Survey data Transfer to Service Order
Users will have the option to transfer all the survey information to the service orders of that customer file or Quotation file.
- Once the survey has been completed, Coordinator / salesperson creates quote file or service order against the order based on the different modes selected during the survey.
- Once the service orders have been created, user can go Customer File à Survey Details then click on button ‘Link Items to SO’ button, a pop-up window will open with the list of shipments and SOs.
- Users must select the mode against the service order and the survey data for that mode of shipment will be transferred to this Service order and this can be viewed under Survey details tab of that service order.
