The following upgrades were released:
- We have enhanced the Redsky user interface. Upon logging in, you may access the new user interface by selecting "New View" on the top right corner of the page. The header and quick search have an improved user interface. Users no longer need to remember a suffix code while using Quick Search. Instead, they may perform a search by choosing from the drop-down options. The documentation for how to use Quick Search is available at:
We have consolidated Activity Management, Surveys, and Operations under a single menu. On the right side of the screen, you can see File Cabinet, Notes, and Tasks as icons; these will only appear when you are on a customer file or service order. You will also be able to see the count of the 'tasks' available for that specific order number.
Watch this space for more upgrades and improvements in the UI for a better user experience.
- Integrating RedSky with Outlook to upload documents: Using this functionality, a user can upload email attachments as documents directly from their Outlook (accessible via the web) to the respective File Cabinet for a service order or customer file.
