Overview : RedSky offers to do a quick search at the customer file and service order level. It also allows to do search at the sub module level of service order like status, forwarding, Ticket etc. Search can be done either by selecting the values from dropdown which act as prefix for a search or you can do a search by using the code of different levels as suffix.


Different level and code which can be used to do search:

S/O Dashboard (db)

Customer File (cf)

S/O Details (so)

Status (ts)

Claims (cl)

Billing (bl)

Accounting (Ac)

Partner (pr)

Default search is set for S/O Dashboard. 


To do a search of customer file, you can pass the customer file number in the search box and select the "Customer File (cf)" from the dropdown and enter.



To do a search of service order file and get to S/O Details page, you can pass the service order number in the search box and select the "S/O Details (so)" from the dropdown and enter. 



It will open the provided service order and respective tab; in this case S/O Details


To do a search of service order file and get to Status page, you can pass the service order number in the search box and select the "Status (ts)" from the dropdown and enter. 



It will open the provided service order and respective tab; in this case Status tab.


If you want to upload a file on specific customer file or service order, you can pass the file number in the search box and select the "Upload Document (uf) from the dropdown and enter.



It will open the section to upload the document; in this case uploading documents at service order.




Note : Same search functionality is functional incase of old view. Only difference is that in old view one needs to do search by using code. After entering file number, you need to add a a code as suffix to do a search.



To do a search of service order file and get to S/O Details page, you can pass the service order number in the search box and add "so" as a suffix at the end; as shown below.
