? Bug Fixes
1. OverDue (OD) Count Fix in Manual TDR Execution
Resolved an issue where executing the TDR rule manually (via Administration > Define To Do Rule > Execute This Rule) caused all orders to appear under “Due Today” with OD = 0. The OD count now reflects correctly, consistent with system-triggered rule execution.
2. Agents Now Visible in Search Results
Fixed an issue where some agents were not appearing in search results.
Agents are now visible across all Corp IDs.
3. Agent Portal Access Issue Due to TCode Mismatch
The Tcodes of origin and destination agents were not aligned between the tracking status and service order records, causing incorrect or missing access to the Agent Portal. This issue has been resolved by aligning the Tcodes to ensure proper agent portal access.

Surveys can be scheduled directly from the Service Order (SO) level, allowing different surveyors to be assigned to different shipments within the same Customer File (CF).
The Survey button is available under the Premove Survey section on the SO Details screen.
Surveys created at the SO level are visible in the Survey App, where the assigned surveyor can view the survey along with the related shipment(s).
Once completed, the survey data automatically syncs back to the respective Service Order.
