Activity Management – “Extract Doc Check List Rules” Report Export
Administrators can now generate and export the Doc Check List Rules results into an Excel file. This enhancement allows teams to:
Review pending document checklist tasks more efficiently and share the report with internal teams for follow-up.
Quote Service Template – Soft Delete & Search Improvements
We have introduced Soft Delete functionality for Quote Service Templates:
Templates can now be inactivated instead of permanently deleted. Service Orders will only fetch Active templates during creation or updates, ensuring cleaner and more accurate template usage. Additionally, the search functionality has been enhanced to display correct template lines exactly as they will appear on the Service Order, improving transparency and reducing user confusion.
Bug Fixes
Forwarding – SS Container Page Audit Issue Resolved:
An audit-related issue on the Forwarding → SS Container page has been fixed.
Relocation Analysis - Saved Query Returned No Data:
Fixed a bug where saving a query in Relocation Analysis resulted in “no data,” even when data existed. Saved queries now return correct results consistently.
Work Ticket Creation Failure:
Resolved an issue causing Work Ticket creation to fail under specific scenarios. The system now processes Work Ticket creation reliably and without interruptions.
