✨ Enhancements

1. Accounting Template – Usability & Management Improvements

Enhancements have been introduced to improve usability and efficiency within the Accounting Template:

Added the ability to activate and inactivate accounting template lines, allowing better control over active configurations.
Introduced search by Charge Code to quickly review and filter the Account Line List.

These updates make it easier to manage, review, and maintain accounting templates.

2. Storage Billing Rate Update – Expanded Bulk Rate Modification Options

The Storage Billing Rate Update feature has been enhanced with additional controls and flexibility:

Selection & Filtering Enhancements:

Ability to filter between Active Contracts only or All Contracts.

Added Vendor Search as an additional search criterion.

New Bulk Update Fields:

Rate % – Updates the rate amount based on a percentage change.

Payable Rate – Applies a direct payable amount override on Service Orders.

Insurance Sell Rate % – Applies an insurance sell rate percentage override.

Insurance Buy Rate % – Applies an insurance buy rate percentage override.

Note: Updating any of the above values will automatically update other dependent fields to maintain data consistency.

? Bug Fixes

1. Service Order – Partner Selection Error Resolved

Fixed an issue where selecting a Partner on the Service Order Details and Billing pages resulted in an error.

2. Quote Service Template – Search Behavior Alignment

Aligned the Quote Service Template search behavior with the Service Order inclusion/exclusion logic.
This ensures the Inclusions and Exclusions list remains consistent across templates and service orders, making it easier for users to configure, validate, and verify selections.

3. Quote File – Quick Search Navigation Restriction

Restricted Quick Search navigation for Quote Files to the Dashboard page only. This prevents navigation to irrelevant pages and ensures a consistent and predictable user experience.

4. Service Inclusions & Exclusions – Refresh Logic Fixed

Resolved an issue where service inclusions and exclusions were not refreshing correctly based on selected values such as:

Mode, Service, Commodity, Job Type, Pack Mode, Routing

The correct list of inclusions and exclusions is now displayed consistently.

5. Bugs/Enhancements done specific for Customers

RS Survey App

✨ Enhancements

1. Sync “Entitled / Service Authorized” Data

The Entitled / Service Authorized section is now synchronized from the RedSky Customer File to the Survey App, ensuring survey teams always have access to the most up-to-date service entitlement information.

2. Sync Addresses from RedSky to Survey App

Additional addresses from RedSky are now included in the Survey App when a survey is scheduled, improving address visibility and reducing manual re-entry.

3. Inventory PDF Generation at Shipment Level

Inventory PDFs can now be generated at the Shipment level, providing more granular documentation and improving shipment-specific record management.

4. MovePulse – Display Last Login Information

The customer’s MovePulse “Last Logged In” timestamp is now displayed next to the Activate MovePulse button, giving better visibility into customer portal engagement.

5. Improved Item Suggestions

The item suggestion logic within rooms has been enhanced to provide more accurate and relevant item recommendations during surveys.

6. Art Mode – Close Action Card on Tap Outside

In Art Mode, the action card will now automatically close when users tap anywhere outside the card, delivering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

7. Conditional Upload of Inventory Summary PDF

The Inventory Summary PDF is now uploaded to RedSky during Preview only when there is an update in the survey.

Upload occurs at the Survey level only (not at the Shipment level).

This reduces unnecessary uploads and improves overall system efficiency.

8. Survey Details – Notes Limit Increased

The character limit for Survey Details Notes has been increased to 500 characters, allowing users to capture more detailed information.

? Bug Fixes

1. Item Management – Unable to Save Items
Resolved an issue where admin users were unable to save items in Item Management. Items can now be saved successfully without errors.

2. Measurement & Amount Display with Respective Units
All measurements and amounts are now displayed along with their respective units for better clarity and accuracy. This improves data readability and ensures users clearly understand the values being referenced across the application.
