Release Notes - Version 10.4

The following upgrades were released: 

• We have added a field "Entitlement size container" in the Entitlement/Service Authorized section on the Customer File. It is a drop-down with options: 20 FT, 40 FT. It represents the size of the SS Container that is authorized for / entitled to the customer by the account. This field can be used for reporting purposes, among other uses. The options in the drop-down can be setup via Administration -> Reference, based on the parameter EQUIPENTITLED

• Bug fixes / Enhancements done specific to customers
