We have enhanced the Redsky user interface. Upon logging in, you may access the new user interface by selecting "New View" on the top right corner of the page. You can return to the previous user interface by selecting "Old View" from the dropdown menu.
We have consolidated Activity Management, Surveys, and Operations under a single list.
On the right side of the screen, you can see
File Cabinet, Notes, and Tasks as icons for the service order or customer file. You will also be able to see the count of the 'tasks' available for that specific order number.
