Messages: This is where any note added by the moving company for you will get displayed. Also you can add messages for the moving company.
Once you login on the portal, below is the home page where you will land. At the right side there is a Message panel.
Click on the Message panel, it would open all the messages listed, latest one being at the top. Also the file number will display which helps to identify that message is for which specific file.
By default any message added from the Cportal will be linked with CustomerFile and will appear under the Notes section of CustomerFile.
Once you go to the details page of any of the ServiceOrder, and from there you open the 'Message' in that case the message will be tagged with that ServiceOrder.
You can add the Subject and type in message details at the bottom box.
You can also remove the tag from SO by clicking on "X" next to the SO number. Refer below image.
Once the message been added, the coordinator will get an email notification.
