Enhancements:
Ability to create/select private party code at the service order level:
Billing >>Private Party Billing now has buttons "Create Private Bill To Code" and "Suggested Code". Clicking on the "Create Private Bill To Code" button will create a private party code, similar to what we have on the Customer File >> Billing Details section. Clicking on the "Suggested Code" button shows all private party codes created on that Customer File and the user can select the private party code from the list.
Ability to disable drop-down values which have been provided as the same for all Redsky user companies:
The parameter page now has a "Not for use" checkbox where users can disable those drop-down values which have been provided as the same for all Redsky user companies. Agent users will be able to update their contact info through the agent portal:
Using the plus icon on the Status >> Agent Roles section, agents can now update their contact information through the agent portal.
It is possible to use the following fields in an email template from Routing:
Actual Arrival, Actual Departure, Estimated Arrival, Estimated Departure, POL, POE.
Validation applied on payable invoice number, payable status and payable posting date:
A restriction is applied Accounting >> Payable details section for the following fields Invoice# , Status and Posted, that these fields cannot be set blank from front end to prevent problems caused by multiple users accessing the same file at the same time.
Bug fixes:
- Clicking the email icon on RedSky will open your default email program with the email address and subject automatically filled in.
- It is possible to send an email using the Email button while adding notes to RedSky.
- Bug fixes done specific to customers.
