The following upgrades were released:
Customer Portal Insurance checkbox functionality:
‘No Insurance on Cportal' checkbox, in System Default settings, now affects C-Portal only. Earlier it used to affect the 'Insurance Options' drop-down on the customer file as well. Now when the ‘No Insurance on Cportal' checkbox is ticked, the Insurance tab disappears from the C-Portal. But, the 'Insurance Options' drop-down remains available in RedSky under Customer File >> Billing Details.
Updated RedSky Communication Email:
Automated emails from RedSky are now being dispatched from the email address ‘noreply@redskymobility.com’ instead of 'support@redskymobility.com' . However, our support email address remains the same i.e. support@redskymobility.com
UI updates for Planning Calendar:
We have provided new icons on the top-right of the Planning Calendar page. These icons will help in refreshing the planning calendar, scheduling the refresh, print, and resizing it. For more information, please refer to the following document:
