Impact of  “Calculate Limit Using Daily Average Weight/Volume” in Ops Calendar:

'Security' → 'System Default' → 'Operations' → 'Calculate Limit Using Daily Average Weight/Volume'

In case this field 'Calculate Limit Using Daily Average Weight/Volume' is checked then daily avg. weight/volume limit will be considered for the daily operations which means the number of days from the start date and end date of the ticket will divide the value of weight/volume in the ticket and this average weight/volume will be utilized from the daily average limit and same will appear in the Ops calendar as planned/utilized limit.

For example, if the available daily operations limit is 75000 lbs and the ops user is adding the ticket of 53250 lbs spread over 3 days then that user will be able to create that ticket 53250/3 = 17750 lbs/ per day and 17750 lbs will be utilized from the limit of the daily operation for 3 days.

In case this 'Calculate Limit Using Daily Average Weight/Volume'  checkbox is not checked then the weight/volume available in the ticket will be utilized for each day as the daily operations limit from the start date to the end date of the ticket and same will appear in the Ops calendar as planned/utilized limit. For example, if the available daily operations limit is 50000 lbs and the ops user is adding the ticket of 30000 lbs spread over 3 days then 30000 lbs will be utilized from the limit of the daily operation for 3 days. Similarly, the volume will be utilized from the limit of the daily operation.

Note: Limits are not applicable for the ops manager role so the user having the ops manager role can add as many as tickets irrespective of daily operations limit on the number of tickets and their weight & volume.
