This guide explains the integration between RedSky and Move4U survey tools (SurveyPro and VideoSurvey) which allows users to send leads and shipper information to Move4U and to download the survey information back into RedSky. This guide also describes the integration between Redsky and the Move4U CrewPro tool.


Overview

Move4U allows the surveyor to work on a tablet device such as an Apple iPad to conduct on-site surveys efficiently.  The RedSky - Move4U Integration is two-ways.   The lead/client information entered in RedSky Customer or Quote File is transmitted to Move4U.  The reverse integration with RedSky ensures that the item and access information gathered at the survey is seamlessly available to move managers and operations. 

The current integration only covers SurveyPro, SurveyVideo, CrewPro.

Sending RedSky data to Move4U

Users can send out the shipper details to the surveyor for both quotes and a customer file.

RS sends customer names, email address, phones, addresses, a task comment, date and time.

 

It’s important on RS or Move4U Dashboard to select who is receiving the task so this person can open the app and use it.


 

When you go to Task Planning, if you select Survey, it creates a SurveyPro task.

Selecting Surveyvideo creates a Video Survey task

Selecting Packing or delivery creates a CrewPro task.

 

About selecting a user: 

In the case of survey task, you will see the surveyors with an available license. 

For a packing/delivery, you will see user with a CrewPro license. 

SurveyVideo, you will see a list of videosurveyors within the company.

 

Once you select type of task, time/date and assignee (app user, license holder), click Save. And Click Send to MoveDashboard. An interrogation mark will show then. This will stay in place until the task is submitted completely. Then it switches to a Checkmark icon.


When it’s not successful (because you maybe missed one of the details above), you will see an X icon.




If External is marked as Y, this opens the list of all other companies in Move4U. Example: Voerman has done a survey in the UK, but another company will do the packing and delivery.
They mark the task as External YES. A new dropdown appears and this shows the list of all other companies which can receive a task of this type. You can select the coordinator or packer there.


If External is marked as N, the screen simply shows your own surveyors/crew.


Sending information from Move4U to RedSky

Once the user is done working with each app, they tap a “submit” button in the app and that closes the task. Now, Move4U’s MoveDashboard will create the following docs

 

Survey: Survey Pre-Move Inventory in PDF and Excel, Photo Summary in PDF, Carton Summary in PDF, Stand-alone Pre-Move Inventory (skips most of the customers details) in PDF.


SurveyVideo: doesn’t create any docs. Video is stored within MoveDashboard.


Packing: Inventory list/Packing list in PDF


Delivery: Delivery inventory list/packing list in PDF.

 

Once the MoveDashboad has created the respective documents, these are sent automatically to RS’ file cabinet.

There’s no “send back to RS” button, it’s all done automatically via the API.


Crew Pro App


Select Packing or delivery = CrewPro task


The CrewPro app is an easy to use packing inventory management system allowing your packers and movers to complete the packing inventory list quicker than it would be when writing down the information. CrewPro also allows your packing crews to work without wi-fi coverage and translates packing lists in multiple languages. When used with SurveyPro, most of the inventory moving list is completed automatically. CrewPro supports processes at both origin and destination. Easily assign packing and loading tasks to your crew at the origin address or unloading and unpacking tasks at the destination.
