            The changes outlined below are scheduled for deployment on 07-September-2026.

            ✨ Enhancements

            1. File Cabinet Enhancements
            • Move and Copy Documents: Added Move and Copy functionality at both the Customer File (CF) and Service Order (SO) levels, allowing users to move or copy documents from one location to another.
            • Preview Documents: Added the Preview File functionality to allow users to preview documents directly from the File Cabinet.
            • Document Actions: Added Preview, Move, and Copy options under the Actions section as icons for individual documents.
            • Bulk Move and Copy: Added Move and Copy buttons at the bottom of the File Cabinet, allowing users to move or copy multiple selected documents in a single action.
            • Updated Icons: Updated the icons for the Split and Edit File actions.
            • Split File Enhancement: Reduced the steps required to split a document to a single click, enhanced the split-screen interface, and removed the validation that was previously displayed when clicking Split.

            ? Bug Fixes

            1. Activity Management Corrections
            Several issues have been resolved in the View and reporting behavior in Activity Management:
            • My Team now correctly returns the complete reporting line (all levels below the user), rather than only direct reports.
            • A Direct Report grouping now correctly appears only when the user's Supervisor field is set under View User > User Details. 
            • The All view is now correctly restricted to users with administrator access.
            • Group By pop-ups and Extracts are now correctly scoped to the selected View, instead of incorrectly showing company-wide data.
            • The Agent TDR Email Verification grid now correctly displays a single, latest row per item, with duplicate rows removed.
            Please note that this functionality is configuration-based. Kindly contact support@redskymobility.com, and they will assist you with setting it up.
            2. Quote Services Template Upload Not Reflecting Changes
            Resolved an issue under Administration > Quote Services Template where document uploads would sometimes fail, show an error, or take too long. Uploads are now faster and more reliable.
            3. Intermittent Document Upload Failures and Delays
            Resolved an issue where document uploads would sometimes fail, show an error, or take too long before succeeding on retry. Upload performance and reliability have been improved.
