Enhancements

Update Payment Status – Feature Improvements
Several enhancements have been made to improve the usability and accuracy of the Update Payment Status function:
  • Credit Invoice Inclusion – Credit invoices are now displayed in the payment status update list. This allows users to mark both debit and credit invoices as Paid when a debit invoice is settled with a credit note in the accounting system.
  • Reset/Clear Status Option – Users can now reset or clear an invoice status back to blank if required.
  • Automatic Page Refresh – The overview page will automatically refresh after any status update action.
  • Reference Field – If the reference field is left blank during the status update, the existing reference value in the account line will remain unchanged.

Reverse Invoice Process – Improved Workflow
The reverse invoice process has been streamlined with clearer steps, improved usability, and the removal of unnecessary actions.

Data Extract File – Updated Format to XLSX
The data extract file format has been updated from to .xlsx. This ensures files open directly in Excel as a native Excel Workbook, improving compatibility and usability.


Bug Fixes

  • Partner Module – Country List Accuracy

    Corrected the country list under Partners to display only active countries.


    Survey Action – Duplicate Event Prevention
    Resolved an issue where duplicate events could be added on the Survey Action page. The system now prevents duplicate entries.

    Agent TDR Email – Hyperlink Fix
    Fixed a routing issue with hyperlinks in Agent TDR emails to ensure they direct users to the correct page.

    Quote Service Template – Functional Fixes
    Addressed issues affecting the Quote Service Template functionality to ensure smooth template management.

    Inclusions & Exclusions – Reset Services Option Fix
    The "Reset Services" option under Inclusions and Exclusions now correctly reverts to the default settings defined in the Quote Service Templates.
