Document Upload – Enhanced File Type Restrictions for Security
  • To mitigate security threats, the system now blocks uploads of high-risk file types including:
    .php, .exe, .jsp, .pl, .py, .bat, .vbs, .dll, .msi, .scr, .cmd, .com, .pif, .cpl,
  •  .ini, .conf, .cnf, .key, .iv, .php5, .pht, .phtml, .shtml, .asa, .cer, .asax, .swf, .xap, .xml, .txt, .html, ../../admin.php, ../, .zip, .rar, .tar, .gz.

Email Template – Multi-File Selection Across Folders
  • Users can now select and attach multiple files from different folders when configuring email templates. This significantly improves flexibility in communication workflows.

Email Template Fields – Support for Dynamic Email Placeholder
  • Users can now include the palceholder ^$app_user.email$^ in the To, CC, and BCC fields of email templates. This dynamic placeholder helps auto-populate the current user's email address, enhancing automation..

Quote Service Template – Excel Upload Enabled
  • Administrators can now upload quote service templates in bulk using an Excel format via Administration > Quote Service Template. This speeds up setup and simplifies bulk configuration tasks.

MovePulse – Custom Document Type List Support
  • A new configuration parameter, PORTALDOCTYPE, has been introduced in MovePulse. This allows users to customize the list of acceptable document types, offering more control over portal document categorization.

Service Order – Auto-Populate Weight and Volume Post Survey
After linking items from the post-survey process (Survey done from RedSky Survey App) to the respective service order, the Gross Weight and Gross Volume fields are now automatically populated. The system calculates values based on predefined units such as CFT, CBM, KG, and LBS, reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy.

Bug Fixes

  • Under Contract > Charges, the upload and replace functionality for the Rate Grid feature was previously non-functional. This has now been fixed, enabling users to efficiently update grid data as required.

  • An inconsistency between the status shown in the partner list view and the detailed view has been resolved. Users will now see the correct partner status consistently across both views.
