Alignment of Estimate and Revision Amounts with Actuals in Reverse Invoice Functionality:
When an invoice is reversed, the actual amount appears as negative, yet the estimate and revision amounts stay zero, causing discrepancies in profit calculations. To resolve this, the reverse invoice function should also display the estimate and revision data as negative, consistent with the actual amount. This enhancement will give users the choice to reflect estimate and revision amounts as negative values when reversing invoices on the account lines.
Consistent Copying of Estimate and Revision Amounts in Copy Invoice Functionality:
When duplicating an invoice, only the actual amount is copied, while the estimate and revision amounts remain at zero. To address this inconsistency, the copy invoice function should include copying the estimate and revision data alongside the actual amount. This improvement will provide users with the option to replicate estimate and revision amounts when duplicating invoices on the account lines.
Admin Role Granted Editing Access to User-Created Data Extracts: Data extracts created by users, whether public or private, can only be edited by the creator. This poses a problem when the creator is no longer active in the organization. To address this issue, users with the admin role will now have the ability to edit the data extract queries.
Hidden Fields Issue Fixed on Agent Portal:
Issue with hidden fields causing data to be updated as blank on the agent portal has been resolved.
