We are determined to improve the user interface and as we had already redesigned our login page, now we have upgraded our forgot password page. We have redesigned our operations tab.
Added a new drop down option called 'State' in O/D options drop down on the customer file and service order search page. Using this you can do search based on the origin or destination state.
We have also added first name on the 'bill to name' field search.
A new field has been incorporated into the system default setting for Quote Request Date, where setting the checkbox true will automatically set the Quote Request Date field on the Customer file creation date; while setting the checkbox to false will leave the Quote Request field as blank. Users will have the ability to update the date but cannot remove it.
