Enhancements:


Partner search logic update for BillToCode, Account Code and Agents: 

On System Default >> Default Section, there are three checkbox fields Agent Search Validation, Account Search Validation and BillToSearch Validation.


Agent Search Validation: Upon enabling the Agent Search Validation, the list of Agent partners will only appear in the Origin Agent, Destination Agent, Sub Origin Agent and Sub Destination Agent on the Status Tab >> Agent Roles.


Account Search Validation: Upon enabling the Account Search validation the list of Account and Private partners will only appear in the Account Code on the Customer File >> Billing Details section.


BillToSearch Validation: Enabling the BillTo Search validation will limit the search for partner search within the Customer File >> Billing Details section of the Bill To Code field based on the Booking Agent. If RedSky company is acting as the Booking Agent, the Bill To Code partner search will show both Private and Account partners. If RedSky company is not acting as a Booking Agent, the Bill To Code partner search will display all partners, including Account, Agent, Vendor, Private and Carrier.


Upgrades and improvements in the UI:

There are three icons on the right side of the screen: File Cabinet, Notes and Tasks as an icon. When you hover over there icons, you can view a brief overview of the data and the count.


By hovering over the File Cabinet icon, you will be able to view the most recent list of documents associated with that customer file or service order. You can download the documents from there. By clicking on the See More.. you can access the File Cabinet page for more information about the documents and to review the full list.


By hovering over the Notes icon, you will be able to view the most recent list of notes associated with that customer file or service order. You can update the notes from there. By clicking on the See More.. you can access the Notes page for more information about the notes and to review the full list.


By hovering over the Tasks icon, you will be able to view the most recent list of tasks such as Follow Up, ToDo List, Check List and Alert along with their respective counts associated with that customer file or service order. By clicking on the See More.. you can access the pages for more information about the tasks and to review the full list. In addition to take action, you can dismiss the 'Alert' by clicking on the alert items.Upon hovering, you will be able to read the complete note, update and mark the follow up as complete and take action on your 'ToDo List' and 'Check List' items by clicking on them
