Release Date :  18-Feb-2023

The following upgrades were released:

  • When an incorrect login attempt is done by a corporate user or account user or partner user, a message will be displayed as: "You have exceeded maximum number of attempts. Your Login is disabled. Please contact your administrator at <Redsky user company> (<Customer Support email of Redsky user company>)".

<Redsky user company> refers to the name of the company using Redsky.

<Customer Support email of Redsky user company> refers to the Customer Support email address specified by the company using Redsky in the 'Customer Support Email' field in Security -> System Default -> Basic Setup.

If nothing is specified in this field, the message displayed on incorrect login will be "You have exceeded maximum number of attempts. Your Login is disabled. Please contact your administrator at <Redsky user company>".

  • Email Template functionality: It is now possible to use the following fields in an email template: ^$billing.billToName$^, ^$billing.billToAuthority$^ and ^$billing.billingEmail$^.

In order to specify the email address of the person sending an email via an email template in the "From" field of the email, you can now use ^$app_user.email$^ in the From field in the email template setup. This will cause the email address of the person manually sending the email from the Customer File or Service Order Emails tab to be displayed in the From field when the email is sent out.

By default, a space is added after each field set to be populated dynamically in an email template. In cases where you need a comma to be added after a field like when specifying Origin City, Origin State etc, the email template normally displays it as "Origin City , Origin State". There is an extra space between the Origin City and the comma after it. We have fixed this so that whenever you specify a field name followed by a comma in an email template, the space before the comma is automatically removed.

  • We have removed the "Unassigned User Portal" tab in the Partner setup for an account accessible via Administration -> Partner.

  • Re-designed Login Screens: The layout of the login screen for the account portal has been updated.

  • Bug fixes / Enhancements done specific to customers
