The following upgrades were released: 
  • Login attempt restriction: 
To enhance security, we have implemented a restriction on the number of attempts one can make while logging in to Redsky. The maximum number of login attempts allowed is based on the 'System default' settings for each Redsky User Organization.


  • Copy dynamic fields in Email template functionality: 
We have added a new 'tracking status' section in the Copy dynamic fields section of the Email template functionality which contains fields from the tracking status tab of a Service Order. These include date fields from the tracking status tab. Also added more fields under customer file and service order sections.

  • Updated the label of 'View Emails' to 'Emails' in the customer file and service order sections. 


  • Logos for agents can be uploaded as part of the request for change.


  • GUI fixes all over Redsky.


  • Bug fixes / Enhancements done specific to customers.
