Status Screen :
Upon selecting a Service Order, you are taken to the Service Order Status screen. There are several screens to a Service Order visible to Agent Partners. Security International Staff are presented with numerous other screens but only the sections relevant to Agent Partners are presented to you.
Each screen is tabbed and the Current Screen's tab is highlighted in red. Clicking on a tab will take you to the other screens. For example, clicking on the Document tab will show you the screen listing all the scanned documents for this Service Order.
Each screen is organized into sections. These sections can be expanded or collapsed. To expand or collapse one section use the Section Expand or Collapse arrow.
To Expand or Collapse all the sections in a screen use the Collapse All/Expand All.
Note the Target/Actual flag in red next to the Delivery Date. In the example, the flag is set to "A" which means the delivery has been actualized. If you see a (T) next to a date, this means that the date is a Target Date and it has not been actualized.
The Header information shown in Fig. 5 lists the basic information regarding the Service Order that we should be familiar with, names, origin, destination, weights, status, etc.
The Notes icon will provide you access to any Notes that may be relevant to our Agent Partners. There may be numerous Notes in a Service Order but only those that have been "checked in" for Agent Partner access will be viewable by you.
You will also be able to create a Note into the system. Just Click the Add New Notes (Highlighted in Red) button.
The sections of the Status Screen should be fairly intuitive to those of us in the international moving business. Based on your role in the shipment, certain sections will be read only and others will be editable. For example, in Fig. 6 the fields which are shown in light blue are read only. Because the Agent Partner in this case, is the Booking Agent and the Origin Agent, the section on weights and volumes is white which indicates that they are editable.
Security International invites trusted partners to input the information relevant to the role that you have in the shipment. Ultimately our Move Managers are responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and up to date. However, the Agent Partners who cooperate with Security International by completing shipment data based on their role will obviously be favored for future shipments.
