Steps to manually update Exchange rates in RedSky.
Administration >> Exchange Rates
Click on the "Add" button at the bottom, that would open a pop up page.

Below will guide you through adding exchange rates for different currencies manually.
1. Currency Selection: Choose the currency for which you want to add exchange rates.
2. Base Currency: This will automatically be set to your base currency.
3. Official Rate: Enter the official exchange rate.
4. Base Currency Rate: Input the rate of your base currency against the selected currency. For example, in the
screenshot below, 0.0120 USD is equivalent to 1 INR.
5. Currency Base Rate: Enter the rate of the selected currency against your base currency. For example, in the
screenshot below, 83.50 INR is equivalent to 1 USD.
6. Value Date: Specify the date for which you are adding the exchange rate.
7. Manual Update: Set this option to "Yes".
8. Margin %: Enter a value here to apply a specific margin percentage, or set to 0 if no margin is needed.
