The Redsky Customer Portal has been re-launched as MovePulse with an improved user interface and major enhancements in some of the key features.

Key improvements to the Customer Portal include:
  • Customer Portal access is available to a customer/relocatee on more than one Customer File via the same login credentials
  • A customer is identified by email address as opposed to username
  • Login to the Customer Portal is via the customer's email address validated via an OTP
  • ReCaptcha technology is used for added security during the login process
  • Relocatees can send messages to Move Coordinators from within the Customer Portal and these are published as Notes within Redsky
  • The Move Timeline for a Service Order has an improved user interface and presents the important dates for a move as a visual timeline


Features available in the MovePulse Customer Portal are:

Profile 
The customer can review their personal information and update it. The changes will reflect in Redsky. They can also add/update family details and additional addresses
Info Package 
Displays general documents published by the moving company to the transferee related to "About us", Insurance, Process guide, Repatriation, Claims, Valuation. It is also possible to display account-specific documents to the transferee like Employee guide, Insurance policy, car policy, Claims policy. Documents can also be displayed specific to a Job Type, Origin Country, Destination Country, or account like Customs policy, Process guide. These can be published to MovePulse via the following menus in Redsky:Administration -> Document Management -> Cportal Docs
Administration -> Document Management -> Policy
Administration -> Partner (Account) -> Policy -> Info Package
Orders
This shows a listing of all customer files created for the customer/transferee
View Service Orders
Displays a summarized view of all service orders created against a customer file. This is the default screen when a customer logs in
Service Order Details
Displays the important information relevant to a Service Order including Origin, Transit and Destination Details, Commodity, Mode, Estimated and Actual Weight and Volume, Documents, Forms. In addition, the Move Timeline is also available as a visual representation of the key dates for a move
Documents
Transferees can download documents uploaded in the Redsky File Cabinet that have been published to the Customer Portal against a customer file and all service orders belonging to that customer file. They can also upload any useful document for general correspondence (e.g. Passport copy), and it will become available in the Redsky File Cabinet against that customer file. The Customer portal checkbox will get checked against that document in the File Cabinet
Forms
Forms can be published to the Customer Portal via Administration -> Document Management in Redsky and are visible on MovePulse based on Job Type, Origin Country, Destination Country, or Account
Messages
Enables the Move Coordinator to send messages to the transferee via Notes that have been published in Redsky. Messages are visible at the Customer File level, and all Notes published to the Customer Portal against the Customer File and all Service Orders in the Customer File will be visible as Messages in MovePulse. The transferee can also send messages to the Move Coordinator which get published as Notes in Redsky against a Service Order or Customer File, as specified by the transferee. An email is sent to the Move Coordinator as a notification when a transferee publishes a Note to Redsky
Contact Us
The contact details of the Move Coordinator and the Consultant are displayed for that specific Service Order
Help
Provides user manuals that help the customer understand how the Customer Portal works
Multi-language support
The Customer portal is available in 5 languages: English, Finnish, Spanish, French, Dutch

System Requirements
  • Internet connection with speed above 2 Mbps
  • Latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser. Safari is not supported yet.
