Management Information:
How to Extract Partner Data ?
This feature of the application allows you to view and extract partner related details:
1. Click Management Information-> Partner Extracts menu from the Navigation bar.
2. This action will open-up the Partner Extracts screen.
3. The Partner Extracts page comprises the following screen:
Extract Parameter - Based upon what data you wish to extract, select the following-
* Job Type: Select the preferred job type
* Specify Routing (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the Routing from the given drop-down list boxes.
* Pack Mode (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the pack mode from the given drop-down list boxes.
* QA Country (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the QA country from the given drop-down list boxes.
* Mode (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the mode from the given drop-down list boxes.
* Commodity (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the commodity from the given drop-down list boxes.
* DA Country (Condition, Value): Select condition and corresponding value for the DA country from the given drop-down list boxes.
Date Range for the Activity Dates - Allows you to enter the date range for the activity dates-
* Load Target Date: Click the correspond calender icon and select the start and end date for the load target.
* Load Actual Date: Click the correspond calender icon and select the start and end date for the actual load.
* Delivery Target Date: Click the correspond calender icon and select the start and end date for the delivery target.
* Delivery Actual Date: Click the correspond calender icon and select the start and end date for the actual delivery.
4. Click the View Reports button. Following option displays-5. Click the Show Reports button to view the reports. The following screen appears.
6. Select the Open with radio button, if you wish to open the document directly, without saving on your local machine. Otherwise, Select the Save File radio button to save the document to your local machine. Click OK for further processing.
