Introduction

This document describes how to set up, and populate Service Orders with, pre-defined Account Lines in RedSky.

For similar shipments the set of charges to be added to a quote/Service Order are largely the same. To allow the user to simply add this basic set of account lines there is the possibility to set up accounting templates which will allow multiple lines to be added with one click.

The Default Account Line Template can be created by the admin user.

Create Accounting Template

This page contains two sections. In the “Template Control Fields” section the conditions for the Default Account Line can be set. In this section the fields “Job Type” and “Contract” are mandatory. The other fields are optional and meant to give a more detailed specification in which cases the pre-defined Account Line could be added.

In the “Line Output Fields” section the values of the Account Line can be set. In this section the Charge Code can be selected. Clicking the magnifying glass will only show the charge codes from the contract, selected in the “Template Control Fields” section.

To save the made changes click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Use the Reset button to undo all unsaved changes. Prior saved details will not be erased.
