This document describes how to add a default accounting template in RedSky.
For example, if the user wants to add the default accounting line, for the Service order, in order to add the existing default template, click on the button ADD DEFAULT TEMPLATE available on the accounting interface of that Service order. This will add the default accounting line, only once, if it exists else will show the message as “Data not found in accounting template” or “Default Accounting template has already been added” respectively:
Add Default Template: To add a default accounting template, go to Administration Menu and choose “Accounting Template”, as shown below:
This will bring the list of Default accounting templates, which exists, user can either search or add a new accounting template using the SEARCH and ADD button, as shown below:
The administrator can also perform a search (based on Contract, Routing, Job type, Bill-to-code, Mode, etc., using the Administration Menu’s “Accounting Template” option, following search results will appear if for the same criteria default accounting template exists. Please note, the only users with Role_Admin can add, delete, search or modify the default accounting template:
The administrator can also add the default account lines template for a particular job type, mode, routing etc., same as that of Service Order for which default account line user wants to add, if it is not available in the default accounting template, as highlighted below. The TEMPLATE CONTROL FIELDS will be used in searching and checking to ensure the default accounting template exists or not for the particular Service Order and the LINE OUTPUT FIELDS will be picked automatically, if the user clicks on the button ADD DEFAULT TEMPLATE and if the default accounting template exists for the same criteria (i.e. job type, mode, routing, etc.) as of SERVICE ORDER:
