Enhancements
Partner Access Restriction – User-Level BillToCode Control
- Administrators can now restrict user access to orders based on specific Partner Codes (BillToCode). This is enabled through the creation of NOT_IN sets and filters, which can be assigned to users to enforce controlled visibility of orders.
Activity Management – Rule ID Search Enhancement
- A search option for Rule ID has been update on the Activity Management page. This improvement simplifies the process of locating rules, improving overall user efficiency.
Activity Management – Extract TDR Report
- Administrators will have the ability to extract TDR result in excel to review the pending task and send report to there team.
TDR Reports – Inclusion of Relocation File Tracking Status
- Tracking status fields from Relocation Files are now included in TDR (Transaction Detail Reports).
File Cabinet – Faster Document Posting to Partners
- The performance of document posting from the File Cabinet list page to partners has been significantly improved, reducing wait time for users.
Page Performance – Optimized Loading Time
- Loading performance has been enhanced for the following pages:'Display All Service Orders' on the File CabinetForwarding Page.
SO Dashboard – New Filters Added
- Two new filters, Commodity and Created On, have been added to the Service Order (SO) Dashboard. These help users narrow down results and manage orders with more precision.
Survey Action Page – Origin and Destination Address Display
- The Survey Action page has been updated to display Origin and Destination address details, offering better context during survey management and planning.
Custom Links for FIDI and IAM Integration
- Users now have the ability to customize integration links between FIDI and IAM, enabling flexibility in how third-party systems are connected and accessed. System Default >> Custom Address Type.
Email Templates – Support for Claim Fields
- Claim-related dynamic fields have been added to email templates. These fields can now be selected from Email Template >> Copy Dynamic Fields, enhancing the ability to automate claim-related communications.
Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue where the Pricing Person was not displayed under Activity Management when a rule was created for that user. The correct Pricing Person name now appears as expected.
