Introduction
The RedSky Outlook Plugin allows users to easily upload relevant emails from Microsoft Outlook directly into RedSky. This helps ensure all critical communication and email attachments related to specific orders are available in one centralized system, improving traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Rolling Out / Deploying the RedSky Outlook Add-in

1. Logging In
After installing the RedSky Outlook Plugin, launch it from within Microsoft Outlook.
Login using your RedSky credentials.
Upon successful login, the default screen shows the document upload feature.
2. Switching to Upload Emails
Click the ☰ Menu icon (top-left) to open the plugin navigation menu.
Select “Upload Emails” from the list of options.

3. Date Filter
The default date filter is set to show emails from the past week.
You can manually adjust the From Date and To Date to change the date range.
Emails within this range will be listed below in descending order (latest first).
4. Show Synced Emails Toggle
Use the toggle switch to filter the view:
ON: Shows only emails already synced with RedSky.
OFF (default): Shows all emails matching the date filter.
Once you will sync email, those would move to Show Sync email section
5. Email Results Section
Each email entry includes:
Field | Description |

Email Subject | Click to open and view the content of the email. |
Order No. | Input box to enter a RedSky order number (e.g., RSKYXXXXXXXXX). If an order number is detected in the email subject, it will auto-populate. Users can also edit it. |
Notes Icon | Click to add notes related to the email. These notes appear in RedSky under the synced email’s description. |
Checkbox | Select this box to choose emails to sync to Redsky. |
6. Uploading Emails to RedSky
Select one or more emails using the checkboxes.
Enter the Order Number for each selected email. User can enter both customer file number or service order number.
Click “Send Selected Emails”.
Click on Notes icon to add notes.
The selected emails will be synced to RedSky under the specified order.
7. Viewing Synced Emails in RedSky
To view uploaded emails:
Login to RedSky (skyrelo.com)
Open the corresponding Order Number.
Navigate to the “Emails” tab.
You’ll see:

Description | Displays any notes added during the upload process. |
View Option | Click “View” to open the email content inside RedSky. |
Reply Option | You can reply directly from within RedSky. |
Replying to Emails in RedSky
You can modify To, CC, and BCC fields.

Attachments from uploaded emails are automatically saved in the RedSky File Cabinet under the corresponding order.
