1. Introduction

This guide provides instructions on how to use the MFA settings on the View User Page, including filtering users based on their enabled status and MFA configuration.

2. Enabled Checkbox

The Enabled checkbox determines which users are displayed based on their account status:

  • True → Displays a list of enabled users.

  • False → Displays all users, regardless of whether they are enabled or disabled.

  • Default Value: True

3. MFA Enabled Checkbox

The MFA Enabled checkbox determines which users are displayed based on their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) status:

  • True → Displays a list of users with MFA enabled.

  • False → Displays all users, regardless of whether they have MFA enabled or disabled.

  • Default Value: False

4. How to Use These Filters

  • To view only active users, leave the Enabled checkbox set to True.

  • To find users with MFA enabled, set the MFA Enabled checkbox to True.

  • To see all users in the system, regardless of status or MFA, set both Enabled and MFA Enabled checkboxes to False.

By adjusting these settings, you can efficiently filter and manage user accounts based on their status and MFA configuration.
