Step 1: Login into Redsky Survey app with your credentials,
Step 2: Click on icon to open the menu list. Now click on Management à Items, and a page will open with the list of available items for your organization.
Step 3: To add a new item, click on Add new Items button, a pop-up window will open to capture the details of an item.
Step 4: Now enter the details in the available fields. (* marked field are mandatory)
- Add icon: Click on the add icon, a pop-up window will open to select an icon for the item.
- Enter Description: Enter the description of the item.
- Item Alias: Enter the alias name of the item.
- Category: Select the category of the item.
- Resource: Select the resource of the item.
- Item Volume: Enter the volume of the item.
- Item Weight: Enter the height of the item.
- Item Length: Enter the length of the item.
- Item Width: Enter the width of the item.
- Item Height: Enter the height of the item.
- Item Value: Enter the value of the item.
- Item Insure Min; Enter the minimum insurance value of the item
- Item Insure Max: Enter the maximum insurance value of the item.
- Item Value Unit: Enter the unit of the value of the item.
- Name/English: Enter the name of the item in English.
- Name/German: Enter the name of the item in German.
- Name/French: Enter the name of the item in French.
- Name/Spanish: Enter the name of the item in Spanish.
- Consignment Type of an Item: Select the consignment type of the item.
Step 5: Click on Add item to add this item to the list of available items for your organization. Now the added item will display in the list while adding items in the rooms.
