In order for the TransDocs Upload to work, the file in the File Cabinet must be a PDF document and it must be mapped to something. See the Upload screen below. "Map" must be specified in addition to Document Type. Map typically refers to the code that each document has inside the TransDocs system.

In order to find out what each code under the Map drop-down refers to, go to Adminstration -> Reference -> Parameter (Document) -> View List. In the list that shows up, examine the Bucket2 values for each drop-down option. The Bucket2 values for each document are the ones that show up inside the drop-down "Map" on the Upload screen in the File Cabinet.

As long as "Map" is specified for each Document in the File Cabinet, and the document is a PDF, TransDocs upload will work for that document.

When you select the document for upload and click on "TransDoc Xfer" button, "Ready to transfer by <user> on <date>" will be displayed against that document in the "TransDoc Status" column in the File Cabinet:

Every 2 minutes, a background process runs that sends such files to TransDocs. If you refresh the screen after 2 minutes, the message in the "TransDoc Status" column will display "Sent by <user> on <date>".
