Enhancements:
Ability to select multiple warehouses in the Planning Calendar:
The Planning Calendar gives the calendar representation of the tickets planned for the selected week, month or day. Earlier, users could select one warehouse at a time to view the ticket schedule. Now you can select multiple warehouses in the planning calendar and click on the refresh icon next to it to see the ticket schedule corresponding to those warehouses.
New field added in System Default >> Communication for Storage Invoicing:
Field: "Do not CC Storage Invoice email to the Billing person" (Checkbox)
Checking this checkbox will prevent the billing person from being CC'ed on the storage invoice email.
Field: "BCC for Storage Invoice email" (Text)
This field allows you to add an email address to which you would like the storage invoice email to be BCC'ed.
New field added in Status tab >> Initiation section:
Field: "Service introduction Call / Email" (Date field)
This field can be used to record the date that the first call / email was sent to the customer after the creation of the service order.
Profile picture:
As your profile picture, you can upload an image in Contact Details section under My Account.
Claim Item tab:
The article list has been standardized to the ISO 17451 inventory list. You will also be able to add items which are not in the ISO inventory list.
Email Template:
We have removed the "Add Signature From App User" checkbox.
Bug fixes:
- Service order page was not refreshing when the job type was changed to Relocation services. So the list of relocation services was not displayed until the service order was saved. This issue has been resolved - so the list of relocation services will appear as soon as the job type is selected as Relocation Services.
- Operations: We have enabled right click on the Operations menu.
- Bug fixes done specific to customers.
