The following upgrades were released:
- UI changes on Order list drop down: The Order list drop-down displays the list of orders as a list of cards. On each card is an icon each for the profile, Info package and list of Service Orders. Clicking on the icon for the SO list displays the Service Orders for that order
- Implemented Insurance functionality (LumpSum insurance): Customer can add high-value items through MovePulse and submit an insurance request. The Coordinator will be notified once items for insurance have been added by the customer and also when an insurance request is submitted from MovePulse
- 'Messages' functionality: When messages are posted from MovePulse by the customer, the coordinator would get an email notification and they can access the messages via the 'Notes' section in the Service Order/Customer File, depending on where the message was posted by the customer. The UI for the 'Messages' functionality has been modified. Also, messages can now be posted against a specific Service Order and by default they will be posted against the Customer File (Order) which the customer is accessing
- 'Documents' functionality: Documents uploaded from MovePulse will now be linked with the respective Service Order, instead of being linked with the Customer File. The coordinator would get an email notification when a document is uploaded and he can access the document under the 'File Cabinet' section in the Service Order
- Info Package Functionality: Additional text provided for the info package documents will now get displayed on MovePulse
- Language translation issues fixed
