RedSky Clients may request data to be deleted or archived automatically as per a defined Retention Period.
The Retention Period defined by the Client would be applicable across all the Customer Files with status as Closed or Cancelled and the time period must be conditional on the Status Date or Created on Date or Updated on Date.
If the Client has requested Data Anonymization, when personal identifiable information is anonymized all related file storage/documents relating to the Customer File are automatically removed.
All deleted data and files from the production environment are removed from the live database and file storage, and automatically removed from our backups after a 3 months period.
Archived data is stored outside of the production/live environment and is available on request. Access will be granted upon receipt of a formal request from the Client and is chargeable per request.
