Enhancements :
- Below listed updates done for Email tracker :
- Earlier emails were not going out if recipients were separated with semicolon ';'. Added ';' as an email separator in for "To", "CC" and "BCC".
- Emails that don't have a recipient, when sent, will be marked as failed.
- The status of the pending emails will be changed as failed if the 'Retry' count is greater than 4.
- Alert the admin person of the corp ID and the sender of the email, when an email is failed.
Email Content and Admin Notifications :
Recipients:
'To' field should have the name/email of the sender
'CC' field should have the name/email of the admin users(users who have the Role 'Admin' assigned to them).
Subject : Email failure notification
Body of the message:
Dear <Sender name>
Your email to '<recipient name>' with subject '<subject>' has failed because the
address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
- The field length of comment box under Customer File - HR Details increased upto 750 characters.
Bug fixes :
- When a new agent is created from TSFT login and the user selects different parent code under the corporate hierarchy section and saves the agent details, the parent code gets updated the same as the T-code created. This has been fixed to show the updated parent code under the corporate hierarchy section.
- System allows the user to assign resources for any date irrespective of work ticket date under Schedule Resource screen.
Earlier one could assign the resources on work ticket for incorrect date too.
Below validation message was added -
"Please apply filter on selected work date to continue....."
- Bug fixes done specific to customers.
