Overview
This document explains Crew management in RedSky. All Crews can be set up on this screen and also we can determine what the area of expertise is for the crew. For example helper, driver, installer, etc. Information related to HR for the crew member can also be added in this screen.
Crew Management
Crew Management is used to keep the data of your crews updated including sub-contractors. Crews can be assigned to work tickets via schedule resources and those not working can be marked as absent.
Adding Crew Information
All new crew information is added through crew payroll setup under Payroll in action bar.

In the detail screen, the user name is a mandatory field and is different from the name of the crew since there can two crew members with the same name.
The active checkbox indicates whether the crew is active and is available for assignments. There are provisions to add the crew to a company division and a warehouse.
