Introduction
Objective: This document provides an overview of the Inclusions and Exclusions and maintaining these on the Quote Services Template page within RedSky.
The services, to be in/ or excluded, can be filled dynamically from RedSky. For this the list of in- and exclusions should be created within RedSky.
Creating/maintaining Inclusions and Exclusions
To access the list of inclusions and exclusions, click on “Administration” in the top menu bar and select “Quote Services Template”.
Accessing Quote Services Template
An overview of the existing services to be included or excluded is shown.
Quote Services Template
In this screen the existing services can be maintained by clicking on the number at the start of the line. Services can be deleted by clicking the thrash-bin icon at the end of the line.
To add lines to the services list, click the add button.
The following screen appears after clicking either the line number (editing) or the Add button.
Control Type:
In this section you can specify in which cases the service should appear on the inclusions or exclusions list.
In the first two columns you can narrow down the possibilities in which the service is shown.
Above picture gives an example of an inclusion and the specification when the inclusion is shown.
In the last column the following specifications can be set:
| Default | Indicates if the in- or exclusion should be checked by default |
| Display order | Shows the order of displaying |
| Language | For what language (Preferred language in the Customer File) the service should be shown. |
| Include/exclude | Should the service be included or excluded |
Service:
In this section the description of the service is entered. This description will be shown on the quotation form. Clicking the Save button will store the changes made in the Service Details Entry.
