Objective:
Billing Instructions can now be registered within RedSky on the Account level. To add the Billing Instructions to an account, go to ‘Administration’ and Select ‘Partner’.
In the ‘Partner’ screen search and open the Account.
The Account Detail page will open. On the ‘Account Detail’ tab click on the ‘Notes’ icon in the top bar of the screen.
The ‘Notes’ page will open. On this page click the ‘Add new note’ button
A new note will open.
On this screen, fill out the following details:
Sub-Type : As this is a Billing Instruction, select Billing from the dropdown
Subject : Fill out Instructions
Details : In this section, fill out the actual Billing Instruction.

Invoice must show:
- Cost Centre
When sending invoices by email:
- PDF format
- One invoice – one PDF file, if more invoices are sent – each in a separate PDF file
- All attachments should be attached to the same PDF file as the invoice, nothing should be sent separately
After filling out the Billing instructions, click ‘Save’ to add the note to the Account.
