General
After the first login, it is advised to customize your user preferences. This document will give an overview of the fields and their functionality.
Read Only and mandatory fields
Read Only fields: In RedSky fields that are displayed in blue are read-only fields that cannot be edited. Examples of read-only fields are:
Fields that are automatically filled. i.e. the Username is filled upon saving the user.
Fields that can only be edited by a user with a higher authorization level.
Mandatory fields: Mandatory fields are marked by a red asterisk (*). To be able to save information on a page, all mandatory fields need to be filled in.
User Detail
To access your RedSky user profile, click the “My Account” button at the top right side of the page.
User Profile
The first section, on the user detail page, is User Profile. Here you can update your password and key information about your account. Additionally, you can upload your photograph (which will be displayed next to your name in several locations within RedSky)
Please make sure to keep your contact information up to date!

Configuration Defaults
The first section, on the user detail page, is the Configuration Defaults. In this section the user can modify the look and feel of RedSky according to your personal needs.

Default tab for Service Order:
If the field “Default Tab for Service order” is left blank, the default tab for the Service Order will be the “Status” tab. The dropdown can be used if another default tab is required.
NOTE: If another tab is required, make sure the field “Service Order View” is set to the value “Service Order List”. The value “Dashboard List” in this field will prevail over the selected tab in the field “Default Tab for Service Order”. In this case, the Service Order will open on the “Status” tab.
Default Sort for
In this section, the search functionality of RedSky can be customized. The user can specify how the results of a search should be displayed. As shown in the below screenshot. This can be done for the most common type of search.
Accounting
In this section, the defaults for pricing and accounting can be set.

Access Right
This section displays the Roles and authorization of the user (read-only).
Home Details
In this section, the user can enter his home details. These details can be used for scheduling survey orders.
To save the made changes click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Use the Reset button to undo all unsaved changes. Prior saved details will not be erased. Click the Cancel button to go back to the previous page without saving any changes.
