Introduction

Now RedSky enhances the feature to add or edit the agents at the user's end. Users can add new agent requests or can edit the information of an existing agent from their login then the same will be approved from RedSky’s end and a new agent will be created with an auto-generated partner code and an email with the code will be sent to the requested user.

Open partner screen

Login with user with ROLE_ADMIN access and go to the Administration->Partner menu.

 

 

Or login with the user with ROLE_ ADDPARTNER access and go to Move Management->Partner menu.

 


Click on Add partner button

 

Select the agent radio button (in case you want to add a new agent).

After that click on add partner button.

 


Fill the required agent details


Note – All the fields marked with * are mandatory.

 


Select the Send Request button at the bottom of the screen to generate a new agent request.

 

After that the Redsky admin team will get a request for new agent creation.

 

 

Editing an Agent in Redsky

Updating any information for an existing agent


Open partner screen

Login with user with ROLE_ADMIN access and go to the Administration->Partner menu.

 

 

Or, login with the user with ROLE_ ADDPARTNER access and go to Move Management->Partner menu.

 

 


Click on Edit button in the Partner List

 


Make any changes/editions in the Agent Detail tab and select Send Request button at the bottom of the screen.

 

After this, a request will be generated for the Redsky admin team with the highlighted edited fields and status as Edit for their approval.
